1. User Agreement

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive order confirmation via email upon placing your order.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices before your order is confirmed. The price you will be charged is the price listed at the time of confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept E-wallet, credit card, and cash on delivery (COD) payments.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Alexandria, Egypt only.
  • Delivery Fees: A flat fee of EGP 25 will be applied to all orders.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 hours from order confirmation.

4. Product Availability and Substitutions

  • Stock Availability: In the event an item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel that item from your order and notify you via email. The rest of your order will be delivered as usual.
  • Substitution Policy: We do not currently offer substitutions for out-of-stock items.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Order Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
  • Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been delivered and accepted from the deliveryman. This is for hygiene reasons and because the freshness of the product can be determined upon inspection.

6. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

  • Product Freshness: We strive to provide the freshest produce possible. However, we cannot guarantee the specific shelf life of any product.
  • Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for delays in delivery or other non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, acts of war, or natural disasters.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of this website will not exceed EGP 2,000 (Egyptian Pounds Two Thousand).

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be settled in the courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
